THE WORKFLOW

01. Digital Intake
We log your bike into our system, documenting physical condition and customer-reported error codes. A preliminary quote is generated.
02. Deep Scan
Using OEM diagnostic tools, we read the controller's history log, check cell voltage deviation, and test sensor inputs.
03. Surgical Repair
Components are replaced or repaired. Firmware is updated. All connections are dielectric greased and sealed.
04. Load Test
Final validation involves a simulated load test on our rollers or a road test to ensure peak amperage delivery without voltage sag.
